Make Your Move - Charity Fund Raiser Blitz Open (below 2100)
The tournament will take place in multiple qualifiers where top 5 players in Open, Under-19 and Under-14 categories from each qualifiers will play a final on 31st October. The winners and first runners up of Under-14, Under-19 and Open category will get to play a Simul against GM Vidit Gujrathi on 1st November 2020. The entire event will take place on Playchess. The event is open for Below 2100 FIDE Rated players only. The event Make Your Move is a fundraiser event. The qualifiers will be conducted between 26th - 30th October, the Final on 31st October and the simul and in conversation with Vishy Anand is on 1st November 2020. The total prize fund for the event will be ₹100,000.

Date: 26th - 31st October 2020
Time: 5:00 p.m. IST (Please be there in Vishy Arena 45 min before the event i.e. at 4:15 pm IST)
Time control: 3 mins + 0 second increment
Number of rounds: 10
Venue: Vishy Anand Arena in Playchess
Total Prize Fund: ₹100000
Number of qualifiers: will be decided based on the number of entries
Eligibility: Each player plays only one randomly drawn qualifier
The detailed schedule for the entire event (qualifiers/final) will be published after the closing of the registration. Last date for registration is 21st of October 2020.

There are no prizes in the Qualifier stage. Prizes are only for the Final stage.
The Final
Top 5 players from each age group (Open, Under-14 and Under-19) in each Qualifier will play in the Grand Finale on 31st October. At the conclusion of it, the winners and the first runners up from each category (U-14, U-19 and Open) will play against GM Vidit Gujrathi on 1st November.
In conversation with Vishy Anand
On 1st November 2020 the winners from each category (U-14, U-19 and Open) will get a chance to talk to Anand. After the matches, a live interactive show 'In conversation with Vishy Anand' will be hosted by Mr.Sumit Kabra, Director, RR Global.
Eligibility
FIDE Standard Rating as on 1st October 2020 will be considered and the player must be below 2100 ELO rating, a player without a standard rating will be considered as an unrated player. To claim age group prizes, a player without a FIDE ID must email us a valid age proof document to teamchessbaseindia@gmail.com before 21st October 2020.
Entry Fee
To participate in this event please ensure that you have a valid Playchess id (Username). You can create one here for Free. Please remember the username and the password as this would be your identity for the event. Please create playchess id before you click the below button for registration. To register you need to fill in the form with accurate information. Entry fee is ₹400, for foreign players $7. Entry is CLOSED now. There will be no extension of last date and no exceptions. Organizers reserve the right to reject any entry without citing any reason.
Players outside India who would like to participate can make the payment of $7 through the Paypal link and write an email to teamchessbaseindia@gmail.com mentioning their name, FIDE ID, Playchess ID and Transaction ID to confirm their entry. Players without a FIDE ID, must attach their date of birth proof. Those who will not send the details via email will not eligible to play the tournament.

Money raised through this event will be donated and utilized to serve the under privileged kids through Round Table India's 'Freedom through Education' program. No draw before 30th move
In all events organized by us, 'Draw offer' before the completion of 30th move is not allowed. If a draw is agreed before the completion of 30th move, the player who offered the draw will be given a loss in that round irrespective of tournament situation. This rule has been enforced to see fighting games on all boards.

• We request all players to check their internet connection before the tournament. Minimum requirement should be at least 2 mbps. No phone calls/messages will be entertained once the tournament starts from 5 p.m. IST onwards. All queries must be resolved before the tournament. Each player is responsible for their internet connection, organizers will not be held responsible for any players connectivity issues. All games will be thoroughly checked for cheating/impersonation. Anyone adapting any unfair means will be removed from the tournament and will not be allowed to participate in future events on Playchess.

How to play the tournament:
Please ensure that you have a valid Playchess id. You can create one here. When you create the account, you will receive notification from system to activate your account on the email ID you have given while creating an account. Kindly activate your account.
1. Download the free Windows software of Playchess
The tournament cannot be played via mobile or tablet device. All players must update the Playchess software to the latest version before the tournament. Firstly you have to download the free native Windows software from here. If you have Mac OS or Mac Computer, then you have to use some VMWare to run it as Playchess Desktop Client has native support on Windows OS only.

Login to your account
After you have installed the Playchess App, you must login using credentials (Playchess ID & Password). If you can't then please make sure you have activated the account after creation.
Once you logged in, click on Playchess.com. Now Playchess window will open. Now you should look-out for "Rooms"
on your right-hand bottom side and click on Vishy Anand Arena.
The tournament will take place in the Vishy Anand Arena in the ChessBase India room. Registered players should be online and logged into Playchess at least 45 minutes before the start of the tournament to confirm your entries.
Click on the ‘Players’ Tab and then click on ‘Join Event’. 'Join Event' button will only work an hour before the tournament begins. The Sysop (Tournament Director) will accept your entry. Only those who have donated the money will be allowed to play.
For Mac OS users
Check out this tutorial here on how to install Windows 10 using VirtualBox. After installing Windows 10, check How to play tournament section to install Playchess Windows Desktop client and follow the steps.
The Playchess id, while registration and playing the tournament should be the same. Incorrect Playchess IDs will not be allowed to participate.
